It's me again!! Any advice to new owners!! Ins and outs of being successful??

Immersion...get out into your community and create as many connections as you can. Whether they are in the same field as a cheer gym...there's a chance they have kids that might want to cheer. Find ways to partner with businesses. Build up your social media. Find ways to get into local events like fairs and farmers markets. Do fund raisers. Find ways you can give back to the community before asking for anything in return. Hope this helps :)
