Oh I do. Just things that don't involve flipping my body over lol, because running marathons is so much less strenuous (jk). Getting back into cheer after 5 years off was hard, though I don't envision going back to it in 5 more years when I'm in my 30's, so that shouldn't be an issue.Use it or lose. Thank you so much! We are thrilled to have a Baylor Bear in the house! Sic em’ Bears!I believe congrats are in order, @notimeforthat !! (I follow the team she signed with on twitter) Looks like all those years and commutes paid off! You and CP should be thrilled! Congratulations to her!
This happened to me! When it happened the pain was pretty bad, but subsided pretty quickly, although it was kinda achy and a smidge swollen. I went to the doctors office just be safe, and they told me to rest it two weeks. After two weeks I jumped back in right away, and I was doing okay, but then a few months later it happened again and I went to the doctor again and ended up tearing ligaments and spent the summer in physical therapy. I probably did not take enough care the first time and ended up injuring it way worse later on. I also was a backspot, so I didn't have constant pressure on it like if I were a base.I went back to cheer after a 6 month break, and yesterday when I was tumbling I hyper extended my elbow i felt a pop. I can move my elbow, its not broken or dislocated, but definitely stiff and sore from hyper extending it. Anyone have this happen before, any suggestions on getting it healthy? I'm icing it and taking ibuprofen, I don't feel like it's bad enough to go to the walk in clinic. Ugh
Yeah i am worried about going back and hurting it again!! I think I’m gonna go to the doctor, it looks like it’s swelling more. Thanks for your advice!!!This happened to me! I don't want to scare you, but I would definitely proceed with caution. Hold off on tumbling if it hurts then ease your way back in, I would not recommend jumping right back in like I did. And I would recommend getting it looked at if you can.

@LeahofthePack @BuegeSmalls and their sister (don't remember her @) may be able to help.Thinking about trying out to be a UCA staffer this summer. Anyone on here have any experience with staffing for UCA or have any advice about it?
