Thank you! I crochet. I tried knitting a few times and it's just so slow and takes more effort imo.

Try arm knitting. I knitted an infinity scarf the other week in 45 minutes. It's great.

Oh my goodness!! I'm sure you'll do fine!! If it makes you feel any better, my little had a paper due at 11 this morning and she hasn't even started it. She thought November had 31 days. lol

I love thanksgiving food! Our leftovers only lasted through lunch the next day. But there are 7 of us and 5 are hungry teenagers

You are welcome to come eat ours. The pie lasted about as long as your leftovers. I wish that lasted longer. We still have more leftovers. No matter how much cranberry sauce I put on it, it doesn't get better. Squash + cranberry sauce = NEVER AGAIN.

So I dyed my hair today. It needs to be touched up, and I know that. I'm not mad at my friend that did it. She did the best she could with the dye we had (we only bought one box of dye when we should've used two. Which I told my mom when we bought the dye. The closest store that MIGHT have had it was 10 minutes away) However, my mom is irritating me. She keeps telling me "you should've had Kaylan do it." (my friend who is going through cosmetology school) 1) she wasn't going to give me the money for that any time soon, so what do you expect me to do? 2) I know that there are spots that need touched up. I'll just have to deal with it until we can get dye on Wednesday. 3) I know you like me better blonde, so I know any of your opinions about it will be biased. I'm so mad. I've wanted this forever. Why can't she just be happy because I'm happy?

Can they just do that? Are you renewing your lease? I would have thought you would need to have some sort of notice at least! $300 is a big increase!

I have a group presentation today in 2nd period and I'm sick. I'm a little sniffly, have a sore throat, my voice keeps fading in and out, have a slight cough, and a headache.

At the old shop she made the price based on how long my hair took and what kind of products she used and it was usually $60 since we're family friends. But at the new place she can't do that and it would be almost $200 for me to go get full head foils from her. My mom's always like why don't you let Katie do it so you don't ruin your hair. Ummm, because I'd rather pay $15 for a bleach kit than $200 at a salon and get the same results. I once asked if she'd dye the back of my head since I couln't reach.. Big mistake, she flipped out.

Omg, that sucks. I'm a red head and have been dyeing my hair for about 13 years (since I was 6) my hair stylist says my hair is really healthy and lightens good so I figured it would take a lot to mess it up. I'll probably get her to do it next time because I don't like bleaching what has already been bleached, that freaks me a little bit.
