sad to see that it seems #totalpackage mom is rubbing off on her daughter.. great role modelling.. I'm not entirely sure what happened there but if I were at fca id be happy we got rid of susy's mom. *facepalm*

I would definitely pay more for a Broadway show than I would for most concerts. I agree that's not lame! I still have not made my trip to NY that I've been trying to make since last summer. [emoji20]

Yes - I did pay a couple hundred for Bey. I do like Taylor Swift a lot, but she's not on my list of performances I'd want to see. I've never seen her live, but any performance I've seen her do on TV has just been her standing there singing.

The only concert I've been to was Taylor Swift's Red Tour. It was SO much fun. I was in the pit and it was a blast. My seats for 1989 are not going to be anywhere near as good, but I'm still super excited!

I am dying to go to a Blackhawks game. I looked up Game 4 tickets and saw standing room ones around $200-$300, but everything else seemed to be at least $500. I live closer to St. Louis than Chicago so maybe a Blues/Blackhawks game would be cheaper? Either way I just want to see the Hawks and if I move to Chicago after I graduate most of my money will probably go to game tickets. The 2016 US Gymnastics Championships will also be in St. Louis so I'm gonna go to that. Probably by myself, but whatever haha.

If you move to Chicago, most of your money will go to rent, parking, and parking tickets. [emoji1]

Does anyone have a nutri ninja? I'm thinking about asking for one for my birthday but I don't know if it's worth it. I'm not huge on the whole green juice craze but I do like drinking fresh smoothies and I feel like it could come in handy when I'm sitting in one class from 8AM-1:45 next semester. Thoughts?

Are you going to bring your blender to school and make smoothies in your class? :P

In all realness, I'm interested in the responses you get because I've recently learned how to add spinach to smoothies without it tasting like poop and I wish I could permanently borrow my parents' nutribullet. And because I'm a kitchen appliance wh*re and I'll spend hours looking at things in department stores.

We have a regular ninja that has the regular blender and single serving cups with to go lids. I love it! I made a smoothie every morning last semester. It's the perfect size and of course you can always make less if you don't want that much. It's pretty quick too, the first few times you're adjusting how much of everything till it's perfect but after a while you know exactly how much of everything you need and can blend it all up in one go. It's so handy not having to hope you don't make too much and not having leftovers. I want a single serving blender for my dorm but it's probably not going to happen because I'm poor.
Personally I like pouring it into a disposable cup after I make it and quickly washing the blending piece rather than using the to-go cup. It's nice to have a real cup but if you don't have a chance to wash it pretty much as soon as you're done with your smoothie it gets kind of gross (like any cup) and with a disposable cup you can just toss it

Don't have a nutrininja, just a regular cheapo-target blender that I quite honestly bought for drinks in college. But now I use it primarily for smoothies and it works great. Mines pretty big, like 3 full servings big, but it has the labels on to show separate measurements. I typically make two servings, one for breakfast and one for after the gym. Oh and Pinterest is perfect for recipes if you need some!

I think I have the nutri-bullet. I have no idea what the brand name is because I got it as a gift and I never use it but my kids use it to make smoothies and they love it.

We just bought this inexpensive one from Walmart. Oster MyBlend 20 oz Personal Blender - Walmart.com

I may upgrade to one of the Ninjas, but at only about $20, I can replace this one several times for less $$ than the Ninja. Plus, I really like the size and shape of the sport bottle it comes with - fits great in my car cup holder. We also bought extra sport bottles off of Amazon so each of us has our own color. So far we really like it and everyone has been making smoothies every day.

Just got my first rejection letter for internship applications and feel like complete crap:(:defeated:

Yikes I went to FGL in February and I paid like 105 x2 for my seat and parking. I went to Luke Bryan a month and a half ago and tickets were beyond expensive but a friend of mine works for one of the local country radio stations and a friend and I had to do a few hours work and we got free tickets in 100 level right before the floor. I had friends who paid hundreds for 200/300 level seats so I was very grateful!!! Lol

That's always tough but even the most successful people on earth got rejected a couple hundred times before they made it big ;)

The first one always stings the most is what I'm telling myself. Hoping that this one didn't work out for a better one to come along! I drowned my sorrows in a hot fudge sundae and now time to move on...
