Today I went to the doctors and got a shot in my arm. It wasnt sore until I went to go tumble tonight and now I can barely move my arm. Ouch.

d e p r e s s e d. First cheersport..and now NCA, plus everyone booking flights/counting down until worlds 2011 I miss all star cheerleading very, very much. I am so excited for all of you still competing and spectating though! I hope I will some how miraculously return eventually haha Today has just been a tough day spent watching videos and running to cheer music..I really miss it!
