I'm so happy for you!! :cheering::cloud9:62 hours until I see my husband. Not that I'm counting or anything.
So there was a blood drive where i work today (a pint of blood for a pint of ice cream) and i had been there since 10 am and nobody had passed out at my window yet (thank god!) until this lady came up and got her ice cream and when i started to hand it to her she passed out... she got back up again and i asked her if she was ok and she said she was fine and then she passed out again.. and got back up again and i offered to walk with her back over to the blood van just in case it happened again and she said she was just gonna grab her ice cream and go... she reached for it and then she fell AGAIN but she had a seizure and.. that was the scariest thing ever. i'm glad she didn't go to her car and it happened when it did because what if that would have happened if she was driving.. that was so scary.. like i'm behind a window and can't do anything about it... so anyways that was my traumatic experience for the day..
the first time I gave blood I passed out. I was sitting at a table and I remember saying "im going to pass out right now". I slid under the table, open water bottle in hand and everything. I had to lay on the gym floor at school for hours, and my clothes were soaking wet from the bottle. Another kid went back to class and then threw up all over his desk and then had a seizure.
The second time I gave blood, I didn't sit up for a while after, the nurse was rubbing my hand when I started to feel nauseous, and another nurse kept making me cough, which actually helped a LOT.
i dont mind donating. the only thing that freaks me out a little is the blood bag that sits in a tray that moves around so the blood doesn't clot.... ew.Makes me glad I can't donate (underweight- I believe you need to be 100lbs and I fluctuate in the mid to low 90s. It's weird. ). I also hate needles. Something about them just freaks me out.
that's awesome congrats! don't be nervous or scared just be excited! it's weird getting them off but not painful at all just weird. you feel pressure on your mouth/teeth as they take them off & it sounds bad as you hear them scrape the extra gluey stuff that held the brackets on but there's honestly no pain! after you get them off you won't be able to stop licking the front of your teeth hahaha.19 days until I get my braces off after 6 years, 6 months, and 29 days of having them on!!!! I'M SO EXCITED. And nervous. And scared.

joytomylifex Kris10boo hannahx0xbananaa I'm just scared I'm going to hate the way they look after I get them off because I've had them for so long and my teeth so so big!:(
i had mine for 2 years. Its the best feeling to get them off, ever. Your teeth will feel really slippery for a while! And ALWAYS wear your retainer. seriously, they tell you to, but if you don't, your teeth WILL go right back.
I spent 8 months straightening just my 4 front bottom teeth. didnt ever wear my retainer, and now im right back to where I started with them.
I'm getting bonded permanent retainers on the top and bottom and then the clear plastic ones to go over top of them!
