Okay, so this may very well be me just being a ditz (wouldn't be the first time), but I was reading the rules at USASF's website and there was a bunch of crossed out material and new bolded information.
For example, on level four it said that all release moves must begin with the flyer in contact with the floor, and it said that any rotation mount that goes above 1/2 of a rotation must end with the flyer on two feet!
I know these were some of the changes being debated, so are these the new rules???
