Ok, I am very new to this board as well as how it all functions, so please be kind to me while Iearn. First off, thank you to whoever created this app! AMAZING!

I own and operate a cheer gym in central California, and I am always learning and have no mentors to go to when I get stuck on what or how I should do something! It's very nice to now have somewhere to go for some help with things with people who know what I'm going through! So thank you!

Second, my actual question is, we recently switched from varsity informs to using rebel athletics. They have awesome customer service and the designs they came up with were very close to my specifications...

My only issue has been their pricing. They can't seem to agree on anything. My design team would tell me one price on a uni I loved and when I would agree and get all giddy, they'd come back with a price way above my budget. To where I finally had to give in and agree to the higher pricing. My question is, has anyone used them? How did you feel about their uniforms, customer service, delivery time, quality, pricing? I'd love opinions and feedback! And if you don't use them, who do you use and why?

I couldn't take another year of being meaningless to varsity. My rep ignored me, refused to remake things that didn't fit, per their fitting... Delivery dates being way off, etc.

I swear this post came right from my brain! I have had the exact same experience with Varsity for five years. We just got a design back from Rebel yesterday and I absolutely love it! Right in our price range... Now I'm worried they aren't going to stick to their price! At what point in the process did the pricing go up? Also forgive me if I'm doing this wrong, this is my first legitimate post!

The pricing that came back with the designs were CORRECT. What happened was they were above my price range and they said "oh if you go sublimated we will make it cheaper." So I did and low and behold the price WENT UP $20 per uni and it was a design I was IN LOVE with... So I took it and was mad cause I didn't want the extra cost.. Just kinda sucked. And it happened with 3 or 4 designs. I got a lot of promises of stuff for certain prices and it didn't happen. The owner wouldn't ok it even AFTER the rep told me via email, certain things.. Needless to say their pricing organization is less than desirable. Customer service so far rocks tho. And price is WAY below what varsity would have charged so I can't complain to much. I love the prototype idea and how the unis come sorted for each athlete AND they go down to youth xxxs from my understand. Varsity does YS. That's it...
