Newbie: Cheer Abs Fast!

Hi I'm new here and I really want to get my abs toned more. I am already skinny but want more defined abs. If you have any tips I would love to hear them. I have been doing a mix or sit ups and crunches the in total add up to about 200 per circuit. Plus I do 60 sec wall sits and planks.
 
I agree with both. Definitely look up the Cheer Athletics Ab routine. If you cant find it, it's as followed:

10 crunches
15 bicycles
30 second plank
20 second side plank (right)
10 cruches
20 bicycles
20 second side plank (left)
10 crunches
30 second plank
20 leg lifts

It doesn't say how many times you repeat it on here but im guessing maybe 3x or more if you want. It's hard but worth it.
 
Try cheer abletics.
2 crunches
2 situps
2 bicycles
2 v-ups
2 second body hold
2 straddle ups
2 pikes ups

and repeat in 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 ,12 and back down 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 :)
It's really tiring I barely got through the first circuit LOL:p
