Newbie?

So, I've discovered that I cannot post no other than in the Newbie-section. What does it take to start posting somewere else? Like, do I have to get a certain amount of shimmy's, or create threads? I've like, posted eeeeverywhere in the newbie-section. Sorry if that annoys you guys.......
