Can a single base at prep level with a backspot be used as a bracer for a release stunt (tic toc to be exact) according to NFHS rules?

Can a shoulder stand with backspot be used as a bracer for a release stunt (tic toc to be exact) according to NFHS rules?

Don't quote me, but i believe that both of those things are fine, as long as the top being released does NOT flip.
