I just got new Shoes, i always wanted to get evolutions but i decided to save me all that money that you pay for the name and got some kaepas . They were only 50 $ and they are really light and comfy. The name is ''Stellarlyte''
Living Cheer › (6570) Kaepa Stellarlyte

don't know about the ankle support though, i only did some straight up libs and extensions in them and i personally felt good wearing them

My ankles aren't bad, I was just trying to use it as a means of separating the two as I can't make a decision! The internet seems to be split pretty evenly between Phoenix and Evolution, anyone got any final pointers before I flip a coin?!

Well... the phoenix are being discontinued for a reason, and the evos are still one of their best sellers :)

I think Nfinity have stopped making them but the UK store still has some in stock :) Would you recommend them then?
I wouldn't know from experience because I've never tried them but I have been told by many that they prefer them because of the better ankle support :) everyone at my gym was really upset that they stopped selling them here!

Thanks for that, it's nice to hear so many different opinions. However the Kaepa Stellarlyte is only about £10 cheaper than the Nfinity Evolution/Phoenix so I think I'll go for the Nfinity. Thanks though! :)

I say the evolution. I think it's lighter than the Phoenix? Not sure but those are the ones that I have and I love them to death! And so do my bases.

Yeah I think I'm leaning towards Evolution, they look like they give a bit more support around your foot too :)
I emailed Varsity earlier but haven't received a reply, does anyone know roughly what they charge for shipping to the UK?

I got Evolutions from Excel Cheer and mine look brand new still! i got them a while ago .. I think Evoultions are great for your first pair of Nfinitys you'll see the difference for sure ... Vengeance im not too sure on i don't like the look of the see through :/

Heard today that evolutions are being discontinued. somebody please tell me this is wrong and silly.

I don't think so, I emailed the UK stockist today about getting different sizes and they said as the Phoenix were being discontinued they weren't ordering in any more but they're receiving an order of Evolutions this week, so I assume that's not true, and if it is they're still producing them at the minute.

My daughter has had Evolution, Phoenix and Vengeance. She liked all of them but Vengeance and Evolution were her favorites. If you are looking for something to last longer I would recommend Evolution over Vengeance. Vengeance is lighter and my daughter LOVES it because it feels like she is tumbling in socks basically but they did wear quickly and she only wore them at practice and comps. She didnt wear them off of mats or hard surfaces, other than to leave the stage at comp and change. As for size ordering up a half size is a really good idea. They do run small. Nfinity is a little more expensive than other cheer shoes but I think you will be happy with them no matter which ones you choose.

Thanks for all the advice everyone :) I've decided to go for Evolution (unless Varsity get back to me about international shipping before Excel Cheer get their next order in and it works out a lot cheaper to buy the Phoenix from them). Actually can't wait to get them- I'll be the first one to the next practice to try them out once they've arrived!
