All-Star Off Season?????

I am finding myself at the end of a whopping 9 days of "offseason"....2012 starts tomorrow!!! Good luck to everyone...travel safe...tumble safe...cheer safe....enjoy...cherish....love!!! Here we go!!!

Haha my off season was a whopping 17 hours. Between fall and winter high school cheerleading. Good luck to everyone trying out this season! Sadly I'm taking a year off :( not happy.

We actually got a mini off season this year! Our team's last practice was the week before Worlds and the kids have just been doing team tumbling since. We find out Friday what our new teams will be and then it's off to the races!
Can't wait to finally go to Cheersport this year! (Hopefully we all go and not just level 5!) I have already started looking at tickets and hotels, a trip to Stingrays gym, tour of CNN...seriously can't wait! AND we might go to Worlds this year to watch!!!

of season..? haha what does that mean. the monday worlds was over after my plane landed, i went home, took a nap and was off to practice. oh the life of an all-star cheerleader!

I actually DID get an off-season though...kind of accidentally. I thought we'd be in clinics and privates until tryouts, but I ended up in the hospital instead. So my girls got a nice 3 week break, right before tryouts...so they got to tryout without setting FOOT in a gym beforehand. They were thrilled...:rolleyes:

I thought I was going to go to Worlds just to watch this year. @Mamarazzi would this be an acceptable place for the public apology? I certainly DID say that she was going to be the one to "flake out" on me and I'd have to go alone...but apparently I am the flaker, since our gym is I guess going to COA in FL at the beginning of April and I can't make both trips that close together. So here it is: I, Just-a-Mom, do hereby publicly apologize to Mamarazzi for saying she would cancel on me and ruin my trip. I am the canceler and trip ruiner of the 2 of us. I shall hang my head in shame from now until Worlds.:(

Only our Senior 4 and 5 go to Cheersport, so I have to miss that one AGAIN. :banghead:

Hahah off season? I believe an "off season" consists of the time spent on the flight home from worlds. Once we land, its back to work for next year
