High School Only Solid Briefs Allowed

I've heard that for the 2011-2012 season, IHSA (Illinois) has decided to only allowed solid colored briefs/spankies. No metallic or patterns. Has any other state put this rule into to place?

NY hasn't and I haven't heard about that anywhere else yet. I hope they don't do that hear because we always have our bloomers match out themes.
