Oversplits Help!

Make sure you have your splits perfect. It helps if you can lean forward while in splits. Start with a book, putting your front leg on it and when you've done this for a while and perfected it, add another book and another etc.
 
Is there a particular reason you want to have an oversplit? Just curious. Some skill where having an oversplit is more beneficial than having a standard, 180 degree split?

Bow and arrow, scorpian, heal stretch, Kick double, Toe touch, hurdler, Back walkovers/forwards walkovers, step-out skills....need I do on?
