I'm not sure if there has been a thread about this all ready, but I haven't seen one.
Do any of you have a "power word/phrase" or something unique you do before tumbling?
Example: My friend always taps her right leg and says "strength" before she does running tumbling (not sure where she came up with that but it seems to keep her focused)
 
Whenever I'm about to throw a standing tuck, I always think to myself "straight up, straight down." Not sure why but it always helps me focus and hit it perfectly.
 
when im about to dub i think up hips pull and hit then wen im running i think power
 
before I throw my full I think "lift" and then clear my mind
 
When Im about to tumble I always think to myself "Dont eat Sh*t" Oh and if my pass isnt going to well (which happens often ahah) right before I start pulling for my dbl because Ill pull a double no matter what. I literally start screaming for my life (in my head) and just wrap for my life.
 
For double downs, I always think "one up, one down". It helps get past that awkward stage when you can't get beyond 1.5
