Do I have to wait 72hours to upload a photo? I've been trying to figure out how to do it but for some reason the site won't let me do it -_-

Up at the top, right next to your inbox button, where is says your name is a drop down arrow...hoover on that and a drop down menu will appear...click on Avatar and a box will pop up where you can upload a photo.
