Good Morning!
I am looking for everyone's favorite warm up exercises to really make sure your kids are getting a good proper warm up before tumbling..

I also want to see how other people incorporate conditioning into their stretching routines before practice.
I coach 8-10 year olds so I don't want them to go crazy on the conditioning, but I want them to learn proper warm ups and I really want to move on from your traditional circle stretching and right arm over left arm.. etc etc

Videos are also welcomed!
