Does anyone know what teams the Nitro's and South Jersey Storm and Spirit Explosion have this year? Also if they are large or small Thank you!

youth 1
junior co-ed 3
senior co-ed 3
junior co-ed 5
large senior limited co-ed 5
and two half seasons that I am not sure of the divisions.
PA has a bunch of teams but I really dont know their exact divisions
