Has anyone posted from Twist and Shout since the tornado? It looks like their Edmound facility is only 23 miles from Moore :( I looked online at facebook and twitter and they have been really quiet. The last official activity that I saw was that the gym was closing yesterday due to the weather.

can someone point me in the direction of the thread about stretching. I know there was a thread about it but I cant remember the title of the thread.. I believe the thread was started by a cheer mom about making sure to stretch both sides evenly to prevent future back problems? Id use the search bar but I dont even remember the name of the thread

This year it was placing in top 10 on one of the three boards (there was three different brackets - small coed/all girl, medium coed/ all girl and large coed/ all girl) at the annual worlds bracket contest :)
