:help:
What are the exact requirements for level 5 ICO tumbling and the exact order they go in?
For example:
Level 1: tumbling skills needed to reach level 2
Level 2: tumbling skills needed to reach level 3
Level 3: tumbling skills needed to reach level 4
Level 4: tumbling skills needed to reach level 5 ICO
Level 5 I: tumbling skills needed

I have already tried USASF website but it did not tell me the required skills needed to move to the next level. I need to know what it is that I exactly need to move up through the levels so that I will be ready for level 5 ICO try-outs which are coming soon. :) So please help a fellow all star cheerleader. Thank you.:help:

Gyms are welcome to put an athlete of any ability they want on any team. If they wanted to compete a L5 team with nothing more than synched squad forward rolls, technically they can, though they'll score very low and get a nice comment on their score sheet about competing at the appropriate level. A small gym might only require, say a tuck to be L5 if you can base or fly well or are aged out of their other teams, a huge program may require a running double.

I agree with what previous poster said. You can put anyone on any team depending on other skills, not just tumbling. But, in answer to your question:

Level Standing Running Jumps
2 BHS RO HS Series No tumbling out of jumps
3 Series BHS RO HS Tuck/RO Tuck Jumps to HS/Series HS
4 Tuck, HS Tuck/Layout RO HS Layout Jumps to HS Tuck
5 Full, Series HS Full/Double RO HS Full/Double Jumps to Tuck

Now these are basic elements - specialty passes are added in for each level. Good luck!!!

This is what I base my tumbling classes off of.... I am not as "up to date" with all the rule changes that happen EVERY YEAR but this will get you close!
