My injured knee does this too!

so does my back, and it makes me SO cranky.

i have no experiance in this injury only many other injuries. most important thing is to keep in mind that every body is different! concentrate on your own recovery and try not to compare to much with others.
i got injuried on my elbow more then a year ago, when i started physical therapy, there was another girl with the same injury. she got released two weeks later. im still recovering from it right now and the end is not near yet.
every body reacts different and might have to deal with other complecations.

let her take her time, try not to rush it and listen to the docs advice before trying to get back on the mat.
