Rulings From Nfhs/aacca

I was told by the person who runs my state there is a page where you can post videos and get a ruling as far as NFHS and AACCA rules. I cannot seem to accomplish this. Does anyone know about this or could you put me in contact with someone who can rule on NFHS rules.
