That's almost like level 5 dropping to J2 a few years ago at NCA and winning. It caused quite a stir. Thank goodness for rule changes since that hinder sandbagging for NCA.

If you are referring to the incident I am thinking of, the rule change was actually in place for the first time that year. The teams that competed that year competed at competitions prior to NCA. Unfortunately until USASF makes some rule changes, there is only so much the event producers can do to eliminate sandbagging, and NCA is the only EP that I know of that even takes it into consideration.
