It seems very catty and not a representation of what all star cheer is like at all. I am so disappointed because I looked forward to it all week and when I saw it I was like WTH????

It's only a web series and I feel like they are trying to cater to the cheer audience.
The only thing I can think of is to leave feedback on the Facebook page (try to not be too negative) and see if the focus changes.

Everyone needs to remember that this is a cheer drama. It has always been presented as a drama. Due to this, the plot needs to have dramatic story lines. There are only so many different story lines you can use for high schoolers. Believe it or not, but drama involving girls marking their territory when it comes to boys is like 90 percent of high school life.

the fact that she was just thrown in bothers me.
in "street clothes".

and I can't even talk about the dorito chip scorp.
that dude is hot....
and I hate how she totally lies about her life. but then again, it is the secret diary of the american cheerleader!

Agreed with the high school life, but there is enough trials and tribulations in cheerleading itself to provide for a good plot.
There are a ton of teenage dramas out there that another isn't really going to get people going. But the journey of someone through allstar cheerleading I think could be quite interesting.

Ok, my 10 minute storyline:
New girl moves in town. Did allstars at a much larger top worlds medaling gym. Was one of the better ones, but not a famous cheerlebrity (I just gave a reason for cheerlebrities to be on the show). Family had to move, therefor she had to move as well though she didnt want to. Went to an area where allstar isnt as strong to a much smaller gym. It is the fall so it is too late to tryout for a new gym and team, even thoughs he would probably be the best one (lets say last pass but not amazing). She decides to take tumbling at the gym. She is noticed by the coaches and other girls for her tumbling, but no one says anything and no one knows really who she is (heck throw in the one young coach who notices her). At school she has trouble fitting in and, though while somewhat popular and attractive at her other school, she just doesnt gel with these new people. She has nothing. One night while tumbling at the gym a girl tears her ACL. They turn to new girl who moved into town. Though she makes the team better (and possibly is the best one) over half the team hates her (cause that is what girls do). Now you have a whole season of struggle to overcome and bond with these girls. At the end of the season they finally hit their routine at prestigious event. Let us say this gym has only gone to worlds on at large bids and they, eeven though they didnt win, FINALLY by the skin of their teeth get a paid bid to world. The girls are elated! They go to worlds, hit their routine in small senior, get top 10. Girl sees her old teammates and team as they win. Though she wishes she could be on a team that won, she really enjoyed the season and bonding of her new team because she really found a group she gets along with.
