Ok I am a newbie and cannot find the explanation of a shimmy? Anyone able to help me understand better? Thanx

It's sort of like a "like" on facebook. Except fiercer.

ETA: So, if that explanation cleared it up for you, you can "shimmy" my post. Or if you agree with something someone posts, you can shimmy it. Or if you think it was really funny, you can shimmy the post.
