Im a flyer and I was wondering if I should learn my heel stretch/bow and arrow/scorpion/needle on my right or left leg. People say you're supposed to fly on your right leg and pull stuff on your left leg. However I have my heel stretch and scorpion on my right leg, so should I learn it on my left?

BOTH!!! I have scoliosis due to the fact that I only stretched my scorpion on one side. Also it's useful to have both heel stretches for pyramids or tick tocks.

Stretch both to have both sides for flexibility. But you'll majority see fliers standing on their right legs and pulling left.

As everyone has said, make sure you stretch on both sides, it's best for your back health. But specifically in regards to your question, most flyers will stand on their right leg and pull with their left, so will tend to be most flexible on that leg.

Be prepared to stand on right leg, however, it has been said before, even stretching is key. Makes all skills more flexible and also will not kill your back.

I started stretching heelstretches and bow n arrows on my right leg too because when I was little nobody told me which leg to pull so now Im really flexible on my right leg and left and its a huge advatage. So dont stop stretching your right leg but focus a liitle more on the left. Keep stretching right though it never hurts to be an overachiever:)
