I have recently bought some shiny sequin fabric im not sure what kind is but its to flooppy to make a bow. Do I glue it to a base of grosgrain and then form the bow?

An will an xact knife work just as well as a rotary cutter?

The xacto blade does not work well. It pulls and stretches the fabric and you do not get a straight cut.

More bows! :) haha I think theyre getting better, well at least I hope so! Haha. It's hard to get just the right length of ribbon to use though :( I keep switching it up and never remember the lengths lol.
