All-Star Skirt Color Changing?

I was watching videos online, and i came across this cheer video. Towards the end i noticed that there were 3 girls whose skirt color in the front changed to blue? I've also noticed this on a video of CJA.

Why are these skirts like this?

They must have a piece of fabric or something tucked in their skirts. If you watch the rightmost flyer at the end of the pyramid, she walks to the back and you can see her adjusting her skirt.

at 2:36 three girls go to the back of the mat and flip the front of their skirts around.

Why are these skirts like this?

It fits the theme of their music "Devil in a Blue Dress". A lot of the high school teams here in SC (Rockstar is in SC) does cute things with their skirts as well... In fact this high school (trains at Rockstar so the similarity in the dance isn't anything that was "stolen") also danced to Devil in a Blue Dress and does the skirt change.

It's just a sequins fabric that we used. Apply Velcro and they flipped them over. We used that for our HS team and Rockstar last season.

I thought I heard that the Greer Rockstar was getting new uniforms this year. Rumor?
