I know I've seen this in the past but would love it if someone would start a breakdown of the routine's... EX. standing fulls, running doubles, stunting difficulty, jumps to back, etc. :)

Stunts
2 ball up stretches, 3 straight up to stretch. (This one was hard, could be more or less of either)
3 body positions--> bump down to lib, front full into cradle (connected.
5 prep, full and a quarter arounds to two feet.
5 switch up to opposite libs, high tick tock to lib, scale, double down.
(I suggest that they change the motions in the tick tocks, it looks like they're bobbling. JMO)
6 straight up libs to aerobesque- hard to see, but it looks like 4 are using one base and a back, and the other 2 are using 2 bases and a back.
Baskets: 1 switch kick double, 4 kick doubles
2 kick arch baskets
20 Hurdler, toe, toe backs. 1 girl didn't tuck, making 19 jumps to back.
Tumbling:
1 round off double, 14 round of fulls, 2 round off layouts

Dance is good, seems a little slow IMO
