does anyone have a list of what smoed does at practice to condition...i mean i know there are the youtube videos.....but does anyone have a compiled list or is that top secret hehehe

From watching the show, I would say conditioning goes a little something like this:
Run until you can't feel your legs
Multiple sets of jumps to back/ full
Run some more
Running tumbling
Bear runs
And regular running some more
It's a super cheer secret...LOLWe don't share that information....
On the last episode, Gabi stated that she stopped taking tumbling classes and just focused on practice because it was a challenge to do both. I'm sure it was an adjustment. Either way, I like to see the proof written all over their faces that they put in that work. That's how it should be in my opinion.
