Soreness

hey i am way out of shape for cheer right now and have been really sore after practice lately and was wondering if anyone had tips to help the soreness not be so sore :)
 
It depends if your soreness if from overworked muscles or from over stretching. For tired, overworked muscles, have protein after training to help them repair - lean meats like steak, fish, chicken and some vegetables. For over stretching, use icepacks when you get home on the muscles you've been pushing at training.
 
especially try running! i find that that helps me because it warms up my muscles and gets them to work and the more they work the less sore i feel. or any type of cardio you like really!
