Southwest Fires

I am stunned by the extent of the fires shown on the national map. My sister lives in Colorado Springs and had to evacuate last night at midnight. Two of her coworkers have lost their homes. So many will not know for days if their homes survived. Another reality check moment. Please be in prayer for those who have lost their homes or are still under that threat and please pray for the safety of those fighting the fires.

aggie1983 I hope your sister's home survives the fire. I have dear friends who also live in Colorado Springs. When I talked to them yesterday, the smoke and ash were really bad. I was surprised to see how much worse the fire got over night. It's not fun having to evacuate and deciding what belongings to take, if there's anytime to even take anything. I live in an area that has been hit hard twice by fires and have good friends who have lost their homes. My heart goes out to your family while they wait for this to be over.
