Rec Special Needs Team

I will be adding a special needs team to our rec league next year. They will have weekly practices, separate from the sideline cheer squad, in preparation for the year-end countywide performance. They will not cheer for football.

Do your programs have special needs kids? Any ideas or suggestions on coordinating the team?
