Sorry if any of this was said already because I didn;t read everything...

but tell her to get her chest up faster from her front walkover, snap her feet down faster in her RO and BHS and tell her to stop hesitating in her connections and to just push through it (if that makes sense)! I hope it helps!

ETA: Also tell her to not take that extra step/hop out of her walkover and to just push out into her round off

Thank you very much and yes it does make sense!! :)

I'm not 100% sure because it's a video but it kind of seems to me that when she sits her knees are in front of her feet, and her chest is a little dropped making it harder to push back. She should work on sitting back like a chair, but she has made improvement from the first video! :) Just keep working on it

Her head is down in her bhs - she should be looking at her hands and pushing her hips up to hit a nice handstand - that way she can get a better snap down

oen trick to get her chest up faster is to tell her to pretend she's throwing a ball up over her head, like a soccer throw in. also, just have her work the connection a lot on the tumble tramp, mainly the roff bhs (frontwalkovers are weird) she needs to be able to do it with speed on the tramp. Make sure she is just bending her legs just enough to be able to jump up, and that she always leaves her arms by ears no matter what. it should be absorb and jump absorb and jump, not absorb stop jump. Also working standing twos with her, even with spots. Connecting one skill is just like the other as far as roffs and bhs.
Working snap downs will be helpful to her too, shes not squeezing her core very tightly, so any core work will be great. In fact, instead of having her do it over and over, have her condition over and over.

Lol! @Kris10boo you've got almost every coach on fierceboard working on Jaylen! I wanna see some fierceness this year Jaylen! All this advice is worth your weight in GOLD ; )

Haha I know I feel like every coach and athlete has brought up some very good points. I tell her a lot of these and then show her videos on YouTube ... Starting and pausing to help show her what y'all are referring too. She is more of a visual learner..she understands a lot of these but it's more habit breaking on some things that needs to be done. She can describe to me what she needs to do; now she just needs to execute it!! I love everyone on here for all of this- if just one thing changes it may just start to click for her!!

So thanks to everyone-
Now yes I'm ready for the fierceness!

When my coach wanted to me to tumble faster, he started yelling "hands, feet, hands, feet, up and set!" It got faster each time he said it and i had to keep up with him. It worked really well for me, hopefully it helps Jaylen!

Try putting up a sign on a stick that says "JUST DO IT!!!" and yell it out real loud when she tumbles

i agree with everyone. strengthening will help, along with practice, and technique. eventually she will come more comfortable with the pass, and will feel more confident to go quicker. she has a lot of talent....btw my gym also uses the 8- count music too and i HATE it lol
