Do the door frame stretch! It helps me wonders and it's fairly easy, just put one foot on the floor as close to the door frame as you want (note: the farther away the deeper the stretch) and put your other leg up as if you are doing the splits on the door frame then put your hands on the other side of the door frame and push gently, or until you feel a stretch that isn't agonizing. :)
