So all you flyers out there unleash your wisdom please! I come from a dance background so I understand squaring your hips but when I'm pulling my scorpion and scale it's like it's coming from the side instead of straight behind me so I'm angling my body and it's hard to balance and hurts my back. Any help would be great!
