you just gotta keep trying it! when you kick it up, make sure your not trying to grab to high or to low. the more flexible your back is, the easier the kick up with be! you also need strength in your arms to be able to catch it and hold it!
i want to be able to do kick up scorp/spikes but i have no idea how to kick it up! haha sounds silly but i have no idea where my foots going..ive done it a couple of times (very gross) but it was fluke!
