Last week at tumbling I was working in layouts and possibly pulled my hamstring. I haven't seen a doctor or anything but my coach said that might be it. Anyone have any ways I can stretch that muscle, if I can stretch it at all? Thanks!
I just pulled mine! Ice it for 20 off for 10 and I had to use crutches to lay off it but do not walk on it if you have to. Depending in how much pain you are in you should go to the doctor, most likes it will be pulled or sprained. Strech it but when your streching make sure your not pulling it more, do like straddle sits and maybe lunges
