do "gravity splits" in addition or instead of your normal spilts, its like doing your slpits against the wall and have someone push your legs down, it hurts but helps in the long run :p, hope it works for you!
 
have flyers go against a flat surface and tell them to pull all of the stunt stretches and then stretch them further then they are pulling it, do this for each and every position, then have them pull it on the ground and stretch even more. hard to explain i know, but i tried :p
 
Im really bendy ! and if you're just sitting there watching tv do the splits , when youre talking to ur parents do heel stretches (thats what i do) . it took alot of stretching just keep working !
