Stretching

I try to stretch a lot, but I end up doing the same stretches over and over. Does anyone recommend any stretches? (I mean for a heel stretch, bow, scorpion, or needle.)
 
Google the scorpion floor stretch :) I'm not good at describing it lol but we do it before crossfit workouts ~and two of the local college cheerleaders made a comment about how they use it before stunting...
 
I learned a lot of new stretches from Ria, she's an aerialist who gives really good advice. She has a tumblr, and she also makes some instructional videos on youtube. Here's the link to her channel

My CP does the stretches in this video almost everyday. You wouldn't believe what a difference it's made in her flexibility!

 
It would be interesting to know how far you have gone with your stretching to recommend new exercises to improve it even more.
 
A simple excercize that I learned is to stand in a doorway at home and do a split up against one side and use the other side of the doorway to press yourself back, into the position of a needle. This helped me and other girls in my gym tremendously.
