Stretching

I try to stretch a lot, but I end up doing the same stretches over and over. Does anyone recommend any stretches? (I mean for a heel stretch, bow, scorpion, or needle.)
 
Google the scorpion floor stretch :) I'm not good at describing it lol but we do it before crossfit workouts ~and two of the local college cheerleaders made a comment about how they use it before stunting...
 
It would be interesting to know how far you have gone with your stretching to recommend new exercises to improve it even more.
 
A simple excercize that I learned is to stand in a doorway at home and do a split up against one side and use the other side of the doorway to press yourself back, into the position of a needle. This helped me and other girls in my gym tremendously.
