My scorp is almost straight but i want my back to touch my leg so i can hyper extend it. Any tips on how to get my back to touch my leg?
 
Stretch your splits everyday! This will increase your flexibility a lot, trust me. If you don't have a regular split then work on getting that first. Once you get that, get a book or a slightly elevated surface to do an "over split". Lean back into the split because you're trying to get your scorp. good luck!
