Stretching

I coach a tiny team and from past years I know judges like to see body positions... I tried areobesques and it was a hot mess. Want to do heel stretches and the girls aren't too bad I just don't know how to get 5 year olds stretching and practicing their balancing. Any tips?
 
They aren't, bottom line. They aren't old enough to do those stretches properly without assistance. Stretch them at practice and maybe send a little note or email home asking for parents to stretch them however often you want and explaining how to do the stretches correctly
