Is anyone familiar with the new summit rules I understand the gist of the 25% add or replace but where it says original roster, is this the roster that competed when bid was won if so if say a team upgraded bid does the new roster apply or is there an original roster at the beginning of season that is turned in?

The comp a bid is won at that is the roster that has to be used....
