Team Building Activities

I am the cheer captain at are school and this year we had a be turn over of cheerleaders. Only three of last years cheerleaders returned including myself. We have mostly freshman and inexperienced sophomores. We really don't know each other to well and I need some ideas for team building exercises. Any ideas would be helpful.

Now making parties are always fun! Or just a slumber party at someone's house or the gym(or school) I remember a while back at an old gym my team would have a slumber party at someone's house the night of our first competition, it was a really great bonding experience for us and we gained a lot of trust in each other. But for older girls lock ins are always fun!

Something like bowling or ice skating is a good way to bond :) Our team is currently thinking about laser tag as well!

We did bow making and tshirt decorating. Each stunt group decorated the same color shirt...$4 and puff paint from Michaels. They love having "stunt group" Ts. It was great team bonding!!
