I know that Cheer Wisconsin will have a Small Senior 4 this year, moving up from Small Senior 3

No they have been around for a couple years but have only had lower level teams. I think this is their first level 4 team.

As of now, UA Supremacy is Large Senior Coed 4

Fierce Cheer Elite will have a Senior Coed 4 and an Open Coed 4.

not sure on the sizes yet, because we have senior and open and some level 2's practicing together.

I think every gym in my area has a senior 4.. Tumble Tech, Cheer Express, Top Dog, Envision, Brandon, Rock Solid...
