Have the "mystery teams" already agreed to participate if they are voted to? I'm kind of assuming yes, but that would be potentially awkward if whatever team won the vote and didn't want or didn't accept to participate.

I would assume that Jam has confirmed with the mystery teams. They know that they need to deliver on their promises 100% this time around.

so the majority of the teams attending the majors will be comprised from 3 programs. interesting. where they will be lacking in diversity, i'm sure they will more than make up for with talent. #teamblackandblue

I was thinking the same thing! how are you "guaranteeing" the team with the most votes will 100% attend. How weird is that though?! "Hey we didn't want to give you a guaranteed invite but if the fans vote you in will you come?"

I don't want to be the debby downer, but I'm assuming the coach/team already knows and the "vote" isn't much of a vote at all.

I don't know if anyone else has posted this so I thought I would. Got word yesterday that Cali Coed is attending this year. My CP is thrilled to be going. It's going to be a busy competition season.

Maybe I missed this earlier, but why did they switch from Europe to Indy? Is it because they change locations every year or because they figured out they actually couldn't pay for something out of state so they wanted something in the US.

It was in Indy last year... The prize was a trip to Europe (sorta :confused:)

Jamfest then did a contest in Europe, and the winner is supposed to come and compete at the Majors. No word on that so far.
