Greetings -
This is our 1st year on an official allstar team. My daughter took cheer classes last year and for the 13-14 season, she will be on competitive Tiny team. Being that they are 5 and under my thoughts were that this year would focus on fundamentals and setting a solid cheer foundation. As I'm learning from the team, the Tiny's are super competitive. The coaches would like to have them all doing back kick overs by competition and have extra tumble classes (paid by the parents) for those who don't have it. Im worried my daughter won't get it and be removed from the team. Is this level of pressure normal for Tiny's? I know as she grows older and advances that pressure will be there. But, I thought this was a bit early or I could just be a newbie :)
Thanks for your feedback!
