Music Transitions

I seriously suck at transitions....

I made the jump to high school coaching this year and decided to try and make our pep rally mixes (NOT competition mix- that would be AWFUL)... I was doing great on my first mix (at least I thought so)... but I'm seriously struggling with the transitions between a couple of the songs.

And suggestions? Help is VERY much appreciated :)

p.s. I can also send the mix if anyone needs to hear it for suggestions!
